ICT Business Analyst / PMO

Contract – 24 months Hybrid – Dublin (70% remote)
About the Role

Our client's PMO team is leading the organisation's digital transformation initiatives, including a replacement ERP system and the Next Generation Ticket Project. We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to work on complex business problems, facilitate workshops, and ensure high-quality requirements are delivered across multiple projects.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, tailoring solutions to fit the business and organisational context, while maintaining excellent standards of business analysis and process design.

Contract Details
  • Contract: 24 months initial, with the option to extend for 2 consecutive 6-month periods (up to 36 months total)
  • Location: Hybrid – 70% remote, 30% on-site at client location in Dublin
  • Working Hours: 8:00–17:00, Monday–Friday
  • Start Date: March 2026
  • Experience Required: 15–20 years
  • Eligibility: Irish/EU/EEA passport holders or valid Stamp 4/1G (no sponsorship provided)
Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit and document requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, and analysis of existing processes
  • Produce deliverables including Project Request Forms, Business Requirements Documents, Use Cases, and process flow diagrams
  • Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis for new initiatives, including estimating resource and financial impact
  • Navigate ambiguity and guide stakeholders through business process changes, ensuring clear and structured requirements
  • Maintain quality standards in line with PMO-approved processes, methodologies, and deliverables
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong consultancy background, ideally within the Transport/Rail industry, advising on business improvement, automation, and cost reduction
  • Extensive experience in requirements gathering and process design, particularly with EAM/ERP systems such as SAP, Maximo, Oracle, or Infor
  • Senior stakeholder management experience across multiple levels of the organisation
  • Proven ability to lead discovery and Business Process Re-Engineering workshops
  • Proficiency in storyboarding, vision alignment, and mind-mapping techniques
  • Experience with BPMN, SIPOC, Event-driven Process Chains, Visio, ARIS, Figma, or Adobe tools
  • Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of TDD, BDD, and UX/UI principles
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma/Lean Practitioner, Business Analysis, Institute of Asset Management Diploma) are desirable

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Software Tester to join a high-impact technology delivery team working on Azure platform solutions and system integrations within the Life Assurance domain. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in complex environments, collaborating with Agile teams, and driving quality across API, automation, and regression testing.

Contract Details
  • Contract Type: 12 months initial, high probability of extension
  • Location: Hybrid – minimum 2 days onsite per week in Dublin
  • Domain: Life Assurance / Financial Services
Key Requirements
  • 6+ years' experience in Software / QA Testing
  • Life Assurance or Financial Services testing experience (essential)
  • Strong API testing experience and solid understanding of integration testing
  • Experience testing Azure platform solutions
  • Experience testing GPT prompts and system integrations
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, databases, and test environments
Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
  • Experience with test automation, UAT, integration, and regression testing
  • Hands-on experience with API testing frameworks and tools
  • Experience managing test data and test environments
  • Ability to define and implement automation and API testing standards
Nice to Have
  • Python experience
  • Certifications such as ISTQB Advanced or Azure certifications
  • Experience contributing to testing process improvements

Senior Business Analyst

Contract – 6 months (extendable) Hybrid – Dublin City Centre (2 days onsite)
About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our client's business analysis team based in Dublin City Centre. The successful candidate will work across multiple projects in an Agile environment and may be assigned to different initiatives as required.

  • Contract Type: 6 months initial, with potential extension up to 2 years
  • Location: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week in Dublin City Centre
  • Start Date: 23rd March 2026
  • Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:30 (minimum 50% onsite)
  • Eligibility: Irish/EU/EEA passport holders or valid Stamp 4/1G (no sponsorship provided)
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-level and detailed requirements documents covering functional and non-functional requirements
  • Create user stories, process flow diagrams (As-Is/To-Be), and requirements traceability matrices
  • Facilitate workshops, including virtual and hybrid sessions, with diverse stakeholders
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, including challenging stakeholders
  • Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to produce concise and accurate business specifications
  • Identify potential project roadblocks and collaborate with the team to resolve them
Key Deliverables
  • Requirements documentation (functional and non-functional)
  • User stories and supporting material
  • Process flow diagrams (As-Is/To-Be)
  • Requirements traceability matrices
  • Other deliverables as required by project initiatives
Required Experience & Skills
  • Minimum 7+ years' recent Business Analysis experience
  • Proven experience on large, complex projects, preferably in the public or financial sectors
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple simultaneous projects
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques including requirements elicitation, process modelling, and requirements management
  • Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or similar)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High proficiency in English (written and spoken); C2 level certificate preferred but not mandatory
Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline
  • Professional accreditation (e.g., BCS, CABA) desirable
